Summary:
Emphasizing superior customer service, you’ll assist in overall dealership operation.  Including parts, service sales and warranty cost control.
Responsibilities:
- Dealer service department management provides competent, quality service that will enhance customer perception of product; the dealer and ownership experience and maximize their repeat purchase intent.
 
- KMA service and parts policies, procedures and operating philosophy are accepted and implemented by the dealer body.
 
- Authorizes repairs and adjustments, when appropriate, when dealing with parts, service or owner problems.
 
- Conducts field training for all service and parts programs.
 
- Assist dealerships in providing the utmost customer satisfaction, including trained personnel, effective marketing programs and merchandising techniques.
 
- Provides technical assistance to dealer service department for difficult repairs.
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
 
- 1-3 years experience as a District Service Manager.
 
- 3-5 years automotive/parts and technical service experience.
 
- 1-3 years wholesale and retail (at dealership level) – imports a plus.
 
- Ability to negotiate and resolve owner concerns consistent with KMA policies and procedures.
