Summary:

Emphasizing superior customer service, you’ll assist in overall dealership operation. Including parts, service sales and warranty cost control.

Responsibilities:

  1. Dealer service department management provides competent, quality service that will enhance customer perception of product; the dealer and ownership experience and maximize their repeat purchase intent.
  2. KMA service and parts policies, procedures and operating philosophy are accepted and implemented by the dealer body.
  3. Authorizes repairs and adjustments, when appropriate, when dealing with parts, service or owner problems.
  4. Conducts field training for all service and parts programs.
  5. Assist dealerships in providing the utmost customer satisfaction, including trained personnel, effective marketing programs and merchandising techniques.
  6. Provides technical assistance to dealer service department for difficult repairs.
